By accessing or using Promptiver ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Promptiver is a prompt management platform that allows users to create, organize, and share AI prompts. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limits.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
The free tier includes limited features (25 prompts, 3 folders) and may be subject to restrictions.
Pro Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with Pro within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload or share malicious, harmful, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data without permission
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all prompts and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Promptiver. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptiver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
- Non-payment of subscription fees
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your content may be deleted after a reasonable period following account termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
